Radbrook Community Classes

 

These community classes provide an opportunity for the over 50’s to practice Tai Chi at a level and in a way that is safer and generally better suited to those from 50 onwards.


Important: Tai Chi is a standing form of exercise. A reasonable level of balance and strength is required for all of these classes. You should be able to safely move about the room un-aided. These are not remedial classes.

(Even if you are under 50, you can still join us!)

Monday mornings (11:30-12:45) at the Radbrook Community Centre, Calverton Way, Shrewsbury SY3 6DJ. (This Class is currently full)

Thursday midday (12:10-13:35) at Radbrook Community Centre, Calverton Way, Shrewsbury SY3 6DJ. (This Class is currently full)
